Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on dc678, accessing any page of the dc678 website at https://dc678.bet, downloading the dc678 mobile application, or placing any wager or deposit on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the dc678 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

One Account Policy

Account Credentials & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dc678 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your dc678 account. dc678 will treat any action taken from your account — including deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and bonus claims — as having been made by you personally, regardless of whether a third party accessed your account with or without your knowledge. dc678 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.

KYC Documentation

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳1,000.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement, not a discretionary policy.
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited in BDT (৳) to your dc678 bonus balance and must meet wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses: 30x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise on the promotion page.
• Wagering contributions by game category: Slots — 100%; Live Casino table games — 10%; Sports betting — 100% of qualifying bets at minimum odds of 1.50; Andar Bahar — 50%; Crash games — 25%; Fishing games — 25%. These percentages may vary by specific promotion.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing wagers. Once the bonus balance is exhausted or the wagering requirement is met, real-money funds are used.

Bonus Abuse

dc678 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using arbitrage strategies to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk; coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional terms; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse may be permanently banned from dc678 and may have all account balances forfeited.

• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at dc678's discretion, particularly during breaks in play, reviews, or technical incidents.
• In the event of a match abandonment or cancellation, bets will be settled according to dc678's specific sport-by-sport rules. For cricket, bets on matches where the minimum number of overs specified in the market terms has not been bowled will generally be voided and stakes returned.

Casino Game Rules

Account Closure & Suspension

• The player is found to be under 18 years of age or has provided false age information during registration.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct through or in connection with the dc678 platform.
• The player has opened duplicate or multiple accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
• The player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating or manipulation.
• dc678 is required to do so by applicable law, a court order, or a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• The player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting dc678 support to resolve the issue.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting dc678 support at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and remaining real-money balances returned to the player's verified payment method. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by dc678 — all pending bets will be settled according to standard game and sports betting rules, and the resulting real-money balance (net of any forfeited bonus balances) will be returned via the player's verified payment method within 5 to 10 business days, unless the account was closed due to fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms, in which case dc678 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.
